Joyce Lee, Chief Architect, Office of Management and Budget, New York City was the presenter for our forum on Green Building in the Public Sector. Joyce discussed a wide range of capital projects that the city is currently engaged in, including the Stillwell Avenue station, St. George and Whitehall ferry terminals and the Queens Botanical Garden.
